People in wheelchairs no longer have to sit on the parameters of the dance floor and watch while everybody dances around them. Now, they too, can show their ability by actually maneuvering their wheelchair and moving their body to the rhythm of the music. They can also learn to dance at their own wedding. Any dance instructor will tell you that you must smile when you dance. These people in wheelchairs have plenty to smile about. They can now learn to dance, both socially and competitively. They can dance with either able-bodied people or those in wheelchairs.

Music is contagious, and moving to music is something that just about everyone enjoys. When a person loves to dance there is very little in this world that can stop them. Whether alone at home or professionally, dancers of all ilks and styles dance because it is a part of them. This does not exclude people confined to wheelchairs.
